Common Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. We believe in earning trust before asking for business. If we spend 30 minutes and you walk away better informed, that's a win - you'll remember us when the time is right, or you'll refer someone who needs what we do.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing specific. Just come with your questions and a rough idea of what's frustrating you about your current setup. If you've got your website URL and know who your main competitors are, that's a bonus.
What happens after the call?
We'll send you a summary of what we discussed and any specific recommendations. That's it. No daily follow-up emails, no "just checking in" calls. If you want to move forward, you'll get in touch when you're ready.
Are you going to try to sell me something?
We'll tell you what we think you need, including if the answer is "nothing we offer." But we're not going to pressure you. Our best clients come from honest conversations, not hard sells - and frankly, we don't enjoy being that kind of agency.
