If you've got existing campaigns, we audit them first. We'll show you where budget is being wasted and where the opportunities are. If you're starting from scratch, we research your market, your competitors' ads, and the keywords that signal buying intent.

This is where most agencies stop trying. We don't. Every week we're reviewing search terms, adjusting bids, testing ad copy, and killing what isn't working. The campaign at month three should look very different from the campaign at month one.

Once we know what works and what a lead costs, we scale it. More budget to the winners, new campaign types tested (Performance Max, YouTube, Display for remarketing), and a clear picture of the ROI at every level of spend.

Common Concerns

Ads are too expensive for our industry

Expensive clicks don't mean unprofitable campaigns. A garage door installation company might pay £2-4 per click, but if one in forty clicks becomes a £2,000 job, the maths is excellent. What matters is cost-per-conversion, not cost-per-click. We'll model this out for your specific business before spending a penny.

We tried Google Ads before and it didn't work

Nine times out of ten, this means the campaigns were poorly structured, the landing page didn't convert, or nobody was actually monitoring the search terms. We'll audit what was done before and show you specifically what went wrong. Usually the fix isn't complicated - it just needs someone paying attention. It may be that Google Ads isn't the optimal place for you to find your customers when they are looking for what you offer, and that's fine, we will find them where they are, the result is the same.

How much should we spend on ads?

Short answer is that there should never be a cap on ad spend BUT that is only true of ads that bring income in multiples of what they cost to run. It largely depends on your market and what a customer is worth to you. We'll give you a realistic starting budget recommendation based on your industry's click costs and the conversion rates we typically achieve, and there is no need to go mad in the first month whilst the ads platform is learning. We'd rather you start small and scale once we've proven what works.

How quickly will we see results?

PPC delivers faster than SEO - you can see leads within the first week. But a properly optimised campaign takes 2-3 months to really hit its stride. The first month is about data collection as much as lead generation. By month three, you'll have a clear picture of what's working and at what cost.
